Payment must accompany registration

All cancellations must be received, in writing by July 1, 2008 to receive a refund.  

Substitutions are acceptable; names will need to be provided to Zena L. Harris before the conference.

(Note:  There will be a $50.00 Cancellation Fee)

      $150.00 * EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE (Deadline is June 13, 2008)

$200.00 After June 13, 2008

Guest Fee: $50.00 (This fee covers all meals during the conference)

The Mountaineer Casino Racetrack Resort is holding a block of rooms for the Conference at a reduced rate of $59.00 per night.  You can receive this rate through June 28, 2008. Make your reservation by calling (800) 804-0468 and identifying the 2008 WORKFORCE West Virginia/WVEAC Conference.  It is each attendee's responsibility to make his/her hotel reservations.
